An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

We had Mold, we called 3 companies,they all called back , here is why we choose Canada's Restoration Services. 1) Great reviews on Home stars. 2) I checked "around" in the industry and heard only good comments 3) They called back first, they provided a scope 4) They recommended a third party clearance- prevents conflict - that was a WOW for us 5) The price was in range ,the service until we decided was good The job itself went according to plan, they found more mold but didn't charge us for it. Well done.
