Fantastic service! Manjur did a thorough job. The builder has already fixed most items on the 30-day Tarion list. This is the 1-year inspection, and I thought there would be just a few minor problems. However, after receiving Manjur's report, I was surprised to find that he identified more than 50 issues, including some leaks and hard-to-find problems using his modern equipments. Most importantly, I informed him that I had only 4 days left before the deadline to submit the form, and Manjur was incredibly quick in providing me with the detailed report on the same day he conducted the inspection. I truly appreciate what Manjur has done for me.
