Peggy.... Thanks for all the work! You have been a pleasure to work for and I will miss you and your humor! I hope you enjoy your retirement on the "rock" cause if anyone deserves it it's you! Having to deal with 2 apartment buildings for all those years... you deserve a sainthood! I just hope the new superintendent if half as nice as you!
