Gentjan is a courteous and prompt contractor. He was the first to answer my request for a quote on HomeStars. With some exchange of messages and photos, he provided a firm quote. He visited my home a few days later after the decision was made to go with Siding Solutions and gutters. He went over the details of the work order and the select of the materials. He sent the invoice, I provided a nominal deposit, and a date was set within a week since our last communication. The work was completed as detailed in the work order. However, there are often surprises on any projects. There were two which were brought my attention promptly where he then provided the reason why repairs were needed and a cost for the repair. Communication is important to understand for any transaction and he did a great job of both.

From the inquiring about services and products to the final installation, I am pleased with the work that was conducted for the furnace and ERV unit installation. The team accommodated special requests for facilitating other future renovation such as moving the gas pipes further away from the wall so that I may insulate the outer walls later this year. One small nitpick is that I wish that the service team could have place the steel plate that covers the embedded gas meter in the foundation wall back to its original position. I will have to attempt to place it back myself using whatever means I have at my disposal.
