these guys are the b est around they did a fantastic job came in and out in 1 day. Gave me the best price and i compared it to 3 other quotes and he is now doing all my neighbors in my Cul de sac. Gerry is a great guy to deal with and his staff are great too!

I want to thank the sales staff and also the project superintendent for the help in making my first home a memorable experience. They delivered what they promised,quality satisfaction great price and well designed home layout.

$317,900.00
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
This builder really builds a great project,when you look at other builders ask them how many steel and concrete builds have they built.when they tell you they build with sustainability in mind get them to show you.What do other builders do to save you money with home ownership and finally what do they do so your condo fee`s do not go up in cost because they build in wood also use vinyl siding and asphalt shingle. This builder has bee around for 30+ years and truly builds a steel and concrete no combustible building.
