Condo Inspection - Prepurchase
Not worth the money for a condo inspection. I went with the "Cadillac" of home inspectors based on my perceived impression that I was going to get more for the price. My first experience with a less well know inspection spent almost 1 1/2 going through our first condo. When we moved to a house we used the same inspector, and it turns out he missed some significant issues. So this time when we were moving back to a condo we decided to go with the "best". As it turned out they spend less time looking at your condo (1/2 to 3/4 minutes) and do anything better than my less experienced inspector before. My advice is that Carson is way over charging for this service.

- Charge reasonable fees.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- It appears to me most condos do not require the degree of experience that Carson offers. remember there reports absolve themselves from any commitment to their reports.
