I live north of Kingston and recently had a furnace installed. I just want to comment on the excellent service of the two technicians who did the installation, Ben and Bob. They put up with all of my questions, an excellent installation and left the work site spotless. Both insured that all of my questions were answered before leaving. Thanks for the excellent customer service. I should also note that the individual who provided the quote was also excellent, James Barcelos. The service that was provided was exactly as what was quoted.
