I contacted Ecocomfort Insulation to top up the insulation in the attic just before Green On qualification deadline. Great experience from contact, inspection, quote and installation. Claudia provides great customer experience and follow up. Wojtek came out and quoted and answered any questions. The installation team Phil, Tom,David and Simon (hope I got all the names right if not apologies) were friendly, courteous and professional. They took pictures using my camera and answered all my questions. They addressed my concern about bathroom duct connection verified one wasn't connected properly and replaced it with insulated ducting. After job was completed they vacuumed afterwards. Awesome experience and I have noticed a difference immediately especially on top floor. Temperature is more consistent through the whole house. This will be much easier for the HVAC equipment. Looking forward to gas and electric savings. The quote without the debate is reasonable and I would have gone ahead with the job without the rebate. Would highly recommend EcoComfort Insulation &Contracting.
