While the cleaning itself was good and the cleaners were pleasant, I feel I can't recommend their cleaning because of the customer service. The gentleman I spoke to when booking was rude and cocky. Also, afterwards they called over and over leaving messages offering me a deal for additional services. I didn't appreciate the phone calls, especially when they said they would continue calling "unless I notified them I didn't wanted to be contacted any longer." A deal is appreciated, but nagging phone calls are not.

Sayra arrived exactly on time and cleaned my apartment more thoroughly than other services I've used. Easy to set up the appointment. Confirmation was appreciated. Professional and excellent to deal with. Highly recommended.
