We wanted to do a quick reface for our kitchen with a new high gloss cabinet finish, new appliances and backsplash. Appliances were not included in our cost. Mike and his team were professional and great to work with.

They were quick to fix and charge but then a week later broke down again. They came back to fix it and it worked for another week. It broke down again. This time the owner Anthony was away so he sent a colleague who just turned some knobs and said he could not fix it and blamed it on other equipment on the machine. We were quite upset since it was frustrating that the washer worked one week and the next it did not. We ended having to get new machines, however I explained to Anthony that we had paid for new parts but it did not work, so he advised he would give a REFUND of $200. I never got it and now he is fighting to no refund me. I would never recommend this company and DO NOT LET them come to your house. They do not have integrity for their business nor respect for their customers.

Thanks for your review, as I explain to you on our previous email . We service this washing machine last May 2018, and you complaining it wasn't draining , I sent Raul and he replaced the drain pump but it did not work, I was on vacation then, but when I came back on vacation, i fixed it for you and replaced the lid switch ( we did not charged you for that) but when I'm testing you machine , I noticed 1 of the shock of the washer was broken , I advised you that you need to change that and it will cost you around $400.00 for the 3 shocks . But you said to me you not going to fixed it , so I guess you decided to buy new machine . We did our job and we came back to you rectify the draining issues , but as you know the machine was very old . You asking us for a refund but we did our job , you can't blame us for our issues that we have not quoted you for. The only job we quoted you the draining issues, not the other issues of your machine. Thank you.
