Our old dishwasher broke and needed someone reliable / knowledgable to install our newly purchased dishwasher. I was happy to know Reliable Drain & Plumbing provide this service as I am always skeptical of installation services by random technicians. As always Ozan & team for the rescue! Ozan & his team took care of installing our dishwasher right from unpacking it from the box to having it placed & running under our cabinet. Ozan is meticulous, extremely accomodating, respectful of your time and above all courteous gentleman. He was efficient with his task, had all the required tools alongwith him and above all never was in any sort of rush to quickly finish the task and move on. Confidently he took he took all the required time to ensure safety of our appliance and property to make sure the dishwasher is installed correctly. With Reliable Drain & Plumbing, I am not worried of any hidden fees or cost, they will charge you whatever they quote to get the job done successfully. I am availing Reliable Drain & Plumbing's service second time now, similar to the last time & my last review - I continue to be a happy customer knowing these guys would be working on the task at hand. I have referred Ozan multiple times to friends & family, without any hesitation (and will continue to do so). I have always had great reviews of him & his team to whoever I have recommended them to. Had a leaky kitchen faucet for weeks, thought I could install it, but then realized it is not my expertise. Ozan and Gokhan were super prompt in responding to my service call. Flexible to address my issue the same evening. Came very prepared with all that was required, identified another leak in the sink strainer - fixed it all up and explained things to me very patiently. I am happy I have a go to plumbing service now that I can trust. They live up to their name of being Reliable!
