Where to start? After lots of issues with a counter installation, last straw was paid 50% deposit in April on a backsplash, this was FINALLY to be installed mid-November starting 8:30 one morning .... and received an email message AFTER 5 PM the evening before to say they were raising the quoted price 30%. I said I would not pay it. Got the deposit, which they had held for six months, a week later.
