A fantastic company to work with for a full kitchen and ensuite renovation - top to bottom!

Where to start? After lots of issues with a counter installation, last straw was paid 50% deposit in April on a backsplash, this was FINALLY to be installed mid-November starting 8:30 one morning .... and received an email message AFTER 5 PM the evening before to say they were raising the quoted price 30%. I said I would not pay it. Got the deposit, which they had held for six months, a week later.

Kitchen Studios Niagara were given brand new floors and walls to design and build a kitchen to. In the end the kitchen was not in accordance to their own drawings, defective materials were provided and a novice installer. We are left wit ha kitchen design we did not agree too and it’s unfinished. We have to incur additional cost to repair the defects as they could not remedy their own issues too many issues to mention. See my Facebook and Google review for details. Many issues remedied but some unrecoverable. They left the job incomplete and we had no chaise but to incur additional costs to repair what we could.

Nicole was our designer at Kitchen Studio Niagara and we couldn't be more pleased with the product but particularly the great service. Nicole visited our home several times to make sure that all the details were taken care of. From the design stage to completion every thing was handled with complete professionalism. Aside from how beautiful the end product is we are so excited about how functional this space has become. Everything is at our finger tips and meal preparation just flows. We highly recommend Kitchen Studio Niagara and particularly Nicole. You won't be disappointed.
