I recently contracted Pattern-Lock to do my back patio and porch. There were some areas that required revisiting to fix. Roger was very responsive when he found out about the issues and in matter of few days came out himself and fixed the issues. Both Roger's and Jeff's prompt response to our concerns are commendable and shows that they value their customers. Roger has also promised to help in sourcing additional interlocking stones to expand the back patio to accommodate a Gazebo. This I consider to be going above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Reid ( Milton)
