This is an update to our previous review. After our roof had been replaced, we had noticed an intermittent rumbling sound on windy days. It was very loud and kept our family up all night. We contacted Jacky who came over immediately to help us find the problem. Over the course of 3 separate visits, he inspected the roof, attic, and outside surroundings. On one occasion, he spent nearly an hour on the roof in -25 degree weather. Finally, he found the problem. A piece of plastic was somehow caught under the eavestrough which caused this rumbling sound. We cannot thank Jacky enough to have responded to our issue promptly and to have taken it to heart to resolve it – especially on an extremely cold day. It is important to have a job well done, but the after-sales service is just as important. C Plus Roofing exceeds our expectations in every way and we highly recommend them!!! ________________________________________________________________ July 2018 We needed our roof replaced and were looking for a company who the contact person would also be on site for the job as we feel that this would avoid miscommunications. We are glad to have come across C plus roofing. Not only that Jacky, the owner, was on site for the job; his father was also there to supervise all 7 workers. This completely reassured us about the quality of the job. We also appreciate Jacky explaining and presenting all the facts and letting us make our decisions without giving us any pressure or bias opinions. The team was punctual, friendly, fast and efficient and the cleanup was above average. We are pleased with the job and the service from the beginning to the end as well as their after-sales service.
