I came home from a trip to find my husband has broken the washing machine. I called ProChoice for help and had an appt the next day. When he arrived, he was on time, pleasant and helpfully honest about the cost of repairs versus getting a new one. I appreciated directness of his approach and frank honestly that I would be better off with a new one. Best part, he explained just how my husband had broken it in the first place!
