Dennis, the sales representative, was very helpful. He explained our options clearly and offerred sound alternatives to meet our specific needs. He also responds to phone and email messages quickly. The gentlemen who actually installed our windows were very clean, polite, respectful and professional. Our only disappointment was that the district manager was not nearly as diligent when it came to returning calls and emails. Still, despite this one issue, I would refer them to anyone considering replacing windows in their homes.
