DO NOT do business with these guys. I had a basic service done on my furnace and the service tech left a hot wire, which bypassed the thermostat, connected to the furnace. The house was scheduled to sit empty for a month, but for a lucky chance visit 2 days later, it would not have been discovered. The temperature was 55 degrees Celsius and climbing! The potential damage was enormous - but Garnett steadfastly stood by his position that "accidents happen" and I should be thankful that they "honoured the warranty" during weekend hours. Catastrophe avoided by pure luck and to be given the "accidents happen" story as the only recourse, is not customer service.
