My Microwave/Oven built in combo stopped working (the oven would not heat). I changed the element and it still wouldn't heat. Since It was built into my wall I knew I needed an expert to repair it. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and fixed it under 45 minutes. He even knew the part I would need and had it ready in his van. Would definitely use them again and was super simple to communicate with the technician and set up the appointment.
