Jonathan took the time to assess the problem and to thoroughly acquaint me with the project. It involved total removal of the basement ceiling, reconstructing dryer and bathroom vents and then reconstructructing the basement ceiling. He gave me a minimum/maximum amount of the cost of the project and he kept exactly within the limit that I was able to afford. He was extremely conscientious-keeping the work site clean at each day’s end and even adding little extras along the way that had not been initially factored into the cost of the project. The finished product was better than I thought it could be! I recommend Jonathan to anyone who is interested in any home/office project.
