i asked for a specific brand and the employee did not seem to know that brand but did look it up and let me know they had a similar one. which was very helpful

they were recommended by friends of mine. They forgot to close up some holes they had cut and had somebody else come only the next day. could not come back same day. could not smell the "oil" stuff that was supposedly put into the vents. My friends said it smelt lovely after they had it done. Not at my house no smell nice or otherwise.

Our technician telephoned the customer when he realized that he had neglected to seal an opening in a remote part of the duct work. In the 10 or 15 minute interim, he had driven some distance in order to be on time for the next appointment. He offered to return in the evening, were there a need for the furnace to be turned on. The weather remained mild and so Nancy accepted our proposal for one of our technicians to rectify the matter first thing the following morning at her convenience. And so it was done as agreed.
Unlike our canine companions, the human olfactory sense of smell is rather selective. Benefect is composed of thyme, lemon grass and cloves. Some people smell the lemon grass, some the thymol, some the cloves and some smell nothing at all (my late father fell into the final category). A child's sense of smell is the most acute and the smoker's is the most dulled. The greater purpose of Benefect however, is not it's odour, but rather the ability to kill fungus, mould and mildew. And indeed, her system was thoroughly sanitized.
