I thought that I had a leak in my bathtub. When I contact Valentin by Email, he answered my email within the hour. He showed up right on time the next day and looked at my problem . It turned out that it's not a plumbing problem and he showed me a few solutions to fix it for the time being. He did not charge me a penny when everything was done ( I mean he could have charged me a fee for the trip). He's nice and friendly, I will definitely call him back and recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you Valentin.
