Purchase and installation of garage door opener.
Cathren Gabriel-Allen @ Upper Canada Garage Doors demonstrated excellent customer service from the moment I made contact with her to the completion of the installation. She was professional, knowledgeable and detailed in her approach to ensure we selected the appropriate opener for our door. The technician, Mohammed who installed the opener was also professional, polite, and meticulous in his work and took time to review what he had done and walked us thru the operations and care of the equipment. Cathren even followed up with us the day after the installation to ensure we were satisfied before sending the billing receipt. Overall, it was an excellent customer experience.
