The technician named Many (also the owner in brampton) took my 200$ deposit, said he will get the part for me and fix my furnace fix in 2 days, waited for a week. the guy tries to avoid my calls by turning off his phone and said will call back. Until today I still didn't get a call back. Anyways, he took my deposit and ignored me, I am looking else where to get my furnace fix. DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE WITH DR. DUCT. IT'S A FAILED COMPANY.
