I had bought a rug months ago in Morocco that sat in the packaging. When we got back to Toronto and open the packaging, the rug obviously needed cleaning and had a strong chemical smell that would not go away. We were also in the process of moving, so I needed the rug cleaned in two to three days. I called a few carpet cleaning businesses in Toronto and was told that it would take at least 5 to 7 business days. When I called Ben, he showed up at my door promptly, accessed the problem and took my rug to be cleaned. He returned my Moroccan rug looking even more beautiful with the smell completely gone in two days. He went beyond and above what I expected!
