I saw him working on my neighbors roof and asked if he would have a look at mine as I had some shingles come off. He said no problem. Once he finished the neighbors roof he had a look at mine gave me a quote and we set up a repair date. On the day of he called ahead of time showed up on time and did the work at the agreed price.
