I hired Ramin Afnani to repair 2 water damaged garage doors and front porch pillars. I also asked Ramin to paint an interior pillar and a basement washroom (Celiling & Walls). Ramin far exceeded my wish list. Ramin and his staff where polite, courtious and honest in there dealings and overall service. Ramin's work has increased my property value & curb appeal. I did not negotiate drywall sanding in the basement washroom with Ramin, but Ramin saw a need to sand the drywall so he did this extra work without charging me. Ramin's main focus was to have a superior finish, he did not wish to hagle over minor incremental activities. I am extremely pleased with Ramin's overal performance.
