First of all this is our second roof installed by Hubbard. Their representative contacted us in the winter because, based on their records, our roof would be nearing the end of its life. Their representative visited our home to give us a quote and explained the available options for re-roofing (our roof is low slope which presents some additional challenges with ice dams) We were contacted by the project manager and materials were delivered on the expected date. Work started on the expected date and was complete in 2 days. The work area was kept exceptionally clean and I have found no garbage or nails on the surrounding property.
