3/10

We used OGC for a major kitchen renovation and other small items in 2016. The project started out well but quickly went downhill with numerous delays and long lags between different teams coming in. We found the trades they used to be generally unqualified except for the tiler. They seemed more like jacks of all trades rather than a high end finishing team. The main sub they used could not even hang doors properly. The project manager was checked out, unresponsive and not helpful. It took almost 8 months to get all the deficiencies cleaned up. I would definately not recommend them for a high end kitchen. Details and high quality finishing is not their strong suit.

Company Response

Due to the anonymity of the post we can't verify this review, especially because we just received it now for a project from 2 years ago. We specialize in high-end kitchens and would love to show some of our prospective clients some of our existing work and to speak to an existing client. All of our homeowners are more than happy to show off their beautiful new renovation. Sometimes their are delays between our cabinet makers and other trades, but we are only talking a few days here and there. Thank you for complementing our tilers, these are our in-house tilers that have worked for us for many years. Our cabinet makers are perfectionists and build beautiful custom work, please ask about visiting our woodworking shop to see their work first hand. We do not leave a clients home until everything is perfect. Sometimes this means a few adjustments at the end of the project. Our Project Managers have worked for us for many years, we encourage our clients to meet with them before they sign on to a job. We have an industry leading warranty to rectify any issues you may have, please reach out to our office to discuss any possible warranty issues. Regards,
