ML in Windsor

Extremely upset! No call backs (15 or more long distance calls) to repair NEW in Dec. 2017 furnace and air conditioner. Apparently it was installed wrong and not up to code. The unit was leaking (wrong slope of pipes), we had a carbon monoxide issue and the thermostat I found out recently was not compatible with the furnace! Cost to fix by local company was $781. Now another call to them - Dustin this time - A/C faulty - 30 degrees for 3 days - no show of Reliant! Local company came out to replace the thermostat and fan speed issue - that fee was $185.32. I sent the bills and a letter with no response just like call backs. Why do they answer "hello" and not by company name? No money back so far! Guess the next step is a legal one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
