Carpet Cleaning Factory was fabulous! The lady who answered the phones was very informative, patient and answered all my questions. The quality of service was great. The cleaner was very friendly and came right on time. I tried out about 3 companies and no one has left my carpets looking like new like Carpet Cleaning Factory has.
