After my A/C unit was on its last legs, I contacted Faheem and was greeted with exceptional customer service. Once we aggreed to a very reasonable price, they came out promptly when they said they would, and installed not only a great new AC unit but also replaced my 30 year old furnace with a ultra quite and efficient furnace. I was most impressed with the effort Faheem put in to advise me of all gov't rebates available, and gave me the feeling like they were on my side!
