The guy came and gave me a verbal quote of 100.00 per lock plus service call fee. When the work was done price was double and he denied what he had told me. What do I do??? The locks are already in. I will say he knew what he was doing-the locks were installed quickly but thats the only good thing I will say about this outfit. DO NOT USE
I paid upfront and in good faith and I had 2 windows installed. They caulked the sidelite but didnt caulk the transom. The work order clearly included caulking. When I complained they said it would be an additional $218 to send someone out to complete the job. This highly unethical behavior by a supposed reputable company. I WAS a repeat customer but now I am a lost customer..... Well after a bit of back and forth they admit that the caulking was part of the job and say they will come back to complete the work. Well, they came back and finished the job-I will give them credit for that. I shouldnt have had to go through the aggravation though..... I improved my rating to mediocre service which is what I got.
