E. E.came quickly, checked throughly, explained the problem, what had to be done, the cost and had everything he needed in his truck. After he gave us the estimate, he then asked if we wanted him to proceed. Our service man was awesome, friendly and did a great job - he even inspected our smoke alarms and said to call if we wanted them changed. We do know that we will use them again and hope to have the same service guy. Thanks electric experts - good job - we're happy.
