UPDATE So after I posted my experience I received a call from Dana who apologised for the lack lustre experience. She aslo offerred to pay for the rug doctor rental and sent us a complementary offer in the mail. I didn't post my experience for the hope of getting any freebies, I simply posted what I felt- hoping that the angst caused would be acknowedged and it was. The damage control shows that the company does sincerely care about its customers, and I understand we all have bad days. however this experience has shown that the company does care and strives to be the benchmark in customer satisfaction. sometimes an apology says eveything .

There are occasionally circumstances beyond our control which might put our cleaners behind schedule, but we understand that your time is valuable, and I have no excuses for how the rest of your appointment went.
