We purchased a voucher off or WagJag. Prior to purchasing my husband called and spoke to the receptionist to inquire and make sure that they would come out our way as we lived further north. He was told yes that they normally don't but they would so we purchased the voucher. We made an appointment for duct cleaning of our home. The day of the scheduled appt they never showed or called. I took us three days to get through to the office, reception apologized no reason given as to why no one came out that day. We rescheduled. Received a call tonight to confirm appt except that the scheduled appt was incorrect. We had scheduled for Monday and they had someone coming the Saturday prior, receptionist informing us that we would be charged $25 due to our location. After the no show and booking issue wouldnt it be costumer service to wave the fee? but yet still had the nerve to charge us a fee after confirming that they would do our area and now not having the service at all. We now have to go through the hassle of getting reimbursed from WagJag. I would never recommend this comany to anyone.
