We have owned our Pratt Home since 1997. We are very pleased with the workmanship. Our home is solid in construction. We have never had to do any repairs what so ever to date. We have always promoted Pratt Homes to family and friends when they were in the market to purchase. We have no intention of ever selling our home as we are in a great location. But should the inevitable ever happen we would most definitely purchase from Pratt again
