This is my 2nd time purchasing from this company. The last time was approx. 10 years ago but i have since moved. Even though i was thoroughly satisfied with the first purchase, i wanted to do my due diligence and still see what other companies had to offer in terms of pricing and quality of materials. I discovered that not only has Cherry upped their game in terms of quality of materials (arms, fabric, Somfy motor) but they remained extremely competitive in terms or pricing and value. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism, customer service and installation. My true gauge for a good vendor is their after care service and when one of the arms protruded after i was meddling with the angles and crank, they came the next day to rectify the issue which i may or may not have caused..... no questions.

We had our backyard grass removed entirely as well has the back wooden patio steps. Ron did an amazing job laying down concrete footings for the steps which were finished with single piece slabs for steps. The pavers were layed meticulously and look superb. Ron also poured a concrete foundation for the shed that he built. While the job took longer than expected we are very happy with the final result.

This awning company is a relatively new company but they delivered in many ways. Cherry Chan was patient and provided good insight. The awning was picked out and within a week was delivered and installed as set by appoinment. The automatic awning came with 2 keychain remotes and a wall mounted one. The price was literally 1/3rd of the price of the industry competitors. More importantly, there was great after purchase service as there was a few hiccups on the awning after the 1st year.. they made sure the awning was rectified in a timely fashion w/ no questions asked.More importantly, Now we're bbq'g rain or shine !!!
