I and partners recently opened a bar/restaurant in Turners Falls. Jim Whitney provided our plumbing services from initial consultation through finish plumbing. His work was exceptional. Jim listened to our concept and understood the restrictions in design, the existing building and our finances and made suggestions accordingly. His knowledge of plumbing and heating codes is extensive which helped us avoid numerous pitfalls.

I have worked with a lot of contractors having been a carpenter previously and Jim is a plumber that I would go to again and again. His work is exemplary because he takes obvious pride in the finished product. He is also a problem solver. We would ask for different design solutions and Jim would come up with numerous options from which we could choose.
