We were told that the stairs would be done in 4 - 5 weeks, due to timing of the factory that cuts the stairs. After about 6 weeks we called Sal (the owner) who told us we were the first on his list when he got the stairs back from the factory. We called him 2 weeks later because we didn't hear from him and he said that he had 2 large jobs in front of us and then he would get to our job. Everytime we called him he said "I was just going to call you" and of course he never did. There was always an excuse. It ended up taking over 11 weeks for the stairs to get done. The worst part was continuously be lied to and being treated like a fool by this man.
I highly recommend you stay away from this company!

You where told by us and you and your wife both agreed that we had to wait for the material from the manufacturer and that you where fine with the time line. You also failed to mention in your review that we took over someone else's failed attempt at redoing your steps and the fact that no other company would complete the work that had already been started from your original contractor. We where ok at getting your job to completion and you also paid us in full so thank you very much.
