We hired Anson from Space Pro and signed a contract in Sep 2013, for a mid October start. He took on another job, however, and did not start until mid-November. Punctuality was an issue from the beginning. There were days that he did not show up, despite telling us he would come in. Other days he would work 2 hours. His 'team' consists of him. The work ethic is lacking completely. Quality-he is a perfectionist and the quality of work is very good, though because of poor work ethic, things move very slowly. Price- lower than most as he can multi-task and do various subtrades. Timeliness- very very poor. Anson suddenly left the job site, without warning, without cleaning up and without finishing services which were paid for. He refused to tell us why he left suddenly and refused to refund money for services not rendered. I am honestly very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and respect. I would NOT recommend Space Pro to anyone. Despite the good quality, the lack of dedication, poor attitude and the lack of respect for timeliness is not worth it. And in the end, he left the job site without warning for no reason. We were nothing but nice to him. His other helpers left because of his poor attitude and work ethic. We are seeking legal advice because of the significant financial loss and abandonment of the project ( once again, he just left without reason and did not answer calls)...
