Sand and stained old oak floors
Floor Laying & Refinishing review in
Upstairs floors of an old North Toronto home, sanded and stained approx 430 square feet. The floor look stunning now. Excellent work and trust worthy as we were away for 2 weeks while the job was being completed.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- When getting one's floor done remember there is going to be saw dust which you as a homeowner will need to clean up and the window screens. Also ask if the contactor uses an oil base or water base finish if one is senstive to smells. An oil base finish can linger for a few days but just open up the windows. Average price per square foot is $2.75 to $3.50 depending on the job and repairs.
