We couldn't have had a better experience than we had with Chuck Lunau and his crew renovating our 1886 Bay and Gable house. New walls, new trim and doors, new HVAC, restoration of plaster moldings, new floors, the addition of a powder roon, expansion of an existing bath, relocation of the laundry to the second floor, and complete redesign of the kitchen: everything was done with care and attention to detail. The guys were great to work with and Chuck is a true gentleman. The work was done on time and under budget. And best of all, they were respectful of our very old house and it's "issues" and worked with what we wanted to restore. Highly recommended.
