Richard Podzorski from Reliance Homestars did a great job. He was fast and effecient and provided all the necessary information during the visit. He was also prompt and on time.

I called Reliance Home Comfort about my air conditioning issues at 9:30 AM, and just a little after 10 AM, Alex the technician showed up. He was polite, friendly, and patiently explained what he was doing to fix the problem.

Because I have the Reliance Home Comfort Protection Plan on my older A/C unit, what would have been a $600 repair was absolutely free (I highly recommend it).

I have to say that I am impressed. We've lived in our house for almost 8 years now, with a water heater rented from RHC. First of all, in that 8 years, this is the first time we've ever had to call with an issue.While there was a bit of a lack of communication between RHC and the contractor (they had given contractor an old phone number even though we gave RHC the new one, and they were not told that we had NO hot water), the contractor showed up prepared to replace our broken-down water heater with a new one, without even having inspected the old one yet. The contractor was very pleasant on the phone, and they came right when they said they would. It took them less than and hour to remove our old one and install our new one. Our first experience with RHC has been a pleasant one, and we trust that your customer service will continue to be the same in the future.

I woke up in the morning and there is no hot water I contacted the company and they send me a technician for first time he said it's only overload after three hours the problem came back and, I called the company again and they send me other technician he solved the problem his name is Gurmeet he is very good he did his job properly and I recommend him next time if I have any problem.

Yesterday night our home suddenly has no hot water. We tried to troubleshoot it but it seems that nothing has worked. I tried to call reliance, but they don't have 24-hour assistance and was told to call again during opening hours (only Monday-Friday, closed on weekends). I called again this morning, customer reps were not helpful at all. Was told to troubleshoot it and wait until the following day for the maintenance guy to come. For such a big company you would think that they would provide better services. I'm not happy with Reliance.

My water heater stopped working so i called realiance and they sent Saleem Malik the next day. I was very happy with saleems service because he called before coming and was on time. He showed me what the problem was and fixed it very fast. Saleem also checked for other issues that might occur and was very professional.

I knew replacing my 25yr old system there would be challenges. Installers Len and Bill working together solved the issues resulting in a professional installation. Work site was spotless when finished. Great job!!

Ross came out to do my annual service on my Air Conditioner. Before arriving he called to say he would be there in 30 mins. He was prompt, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very considerate and made sure he covered his feet with booties before entering my home. From the phone call to book this appointment to Ross arriving and servicing my air conditioner I couldn't be happier with the promptness and professionalism of this company.
I love this company and their Home Comfort program for air conditioner and furnace. They also service my water heater and do an amazing job with that. I would highly recommend it!!!

Called Reliance as the one year old AC Unit was noisy and not cooling as it should, Adam Walker came in in less than an hour and fixed the problem, very efficient, very polite, very fast. Thank you Adam, and we are sticking to Reliance

I saw rust on my water heater and learned that my neighbours had got their tank replaced by Reliance. I called Reliance to verify it and they sent Saleem Malik to my home next day. Saleem has a good customer service. He checked the tank and agreed that it rusted out. He explained to me that the gas vent pipes need to be upgraded to 636 then Reliance would change the tank. I am satisfied with his service visit.
