Serge was professional from start to finish. He explained the products, and very importantly provided dates for next steps - maybe not as soon as I wanted but realistic. And he met every one of them. He quoted prices including HST, giving full price to me, which other vendors typically do not because they want to appear cheaper. We had him replace two old aluminum patio sliders and a kitchen window with nice new vinyl efficient windows. His team did a great job. They were very courteous, did a great install job and complete cleanup. We are thrilled and will look no further for future window/door replacements.

Oh and he went an added mile by repairing a small leak in our garage roof, no charge! This was a concern for us, it was difficult to get roofers to respond for a small job. Serge helped us out and it was TRULY appreciated!

I just moved into a 100 year old fixer-upper. The previous owner had a diy plastic gutter system that was leaking all over the place. And the sides of the house had some ancient shingle siding that needed to be covered with aluminum for safety reasons.

Serge gave a good quote, but it was more than that. His professionalism showed from our first meeting. The job turned out to be quite difficult, with siding going up two stories in a narrow right of way. And there were numerous little bits and pieces here and there that weren't in the actual quote, And the work had to be done in the middle of the worst heat wave in history.

Ten stars are not enough. The quality of the work, in every detail, is outstanding. The care to make my home safe and dry was 100% and then some. The team were great to have on the property, and were professional and considerate at every turn. And they left my yard much cleaner than when they showed up.

Serge is wonderful and a trustworthy. We meant to write a review when he did the job last year but didn't get around to it. He was reasonably priced and very professional from the initial meeting and throughout the job. We had a problem with water running over the guttering and he was the only one who figured out the problem... probably because he was the only one who was willing to climb a ladder and look at it close up instead of from the ground. So recently we found that the water was running over again and I sent Serge an email. He showed up the next day, fixed the problem and told us to contact him if there was any further problems. This is what I call customer service and I would recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for this type of service.

Serge was great to work with. His quote was in the middle of the pack price wise but I was most comfortable with him. The work was delayed a bit due to the constant rain this spring, but he kept me informed and let me know when the work would be rescheduled. His crew showed up when they were scheduled and did a great job. They kept the site clean and the work looks great.

Serge is a very polite and professional contractor. When he came by my place to give me a quote he didn't try to dazzle me with videos and samples of product, instead he dazzled me with his straight honesty and recommendations as to what I needed. He is also a very patient gentleman who always made the time to answer any questions that I had and was very accommodating to some of my custom requests (like cladding flashing on my garage trim, to offering to install new gable vents that I had bought)

His price was one of the more competitive prices of all the folks I called, and his crew's work was impeccable. The house is starting to come together and the new aluminum work is that extra touch that rejuvenates a house.

I was pondering for several years on doing this whole big project and the cost. Serge was professional and knew what he was talking about, pointed out several things that needed to be corrected and his job at the end was neat and tidy. The price quoted was from a previous year and he held the price a year after for me, the quoted price was half of the other top rated companies which surprised me.

Got my neighbour interested as well and he had his done as well as windows and roof.

Serge and his crew did such an expert job that we're still getting comments about it months after, even from other contractors who've come to our house for other projects. Serge was always straight up -- from the first phone call when he told us that we were #21 down his list, and all the way through, he told us what he would do and did it. His crew was courteous, punctual, and clean. They arrived at 8 and worked till late in the day. They took time to do everything right, so much so that our neighbour even wondered whether they charged us by the day (they don't). We have recommended Serge and his crew to everyone who's asked, and we'll definitely use them again for other jobs.

All County was a great company to deal with - lots of options, very flexible about relocating the downspouts to keep them out of the way, and away from the foundation (they were previously flowing directly into the house drains, so had to be diverted quite a bit). the price was competitive, and they didn't cash the cheque until all the work was done (rain delays). The cleanup was thorough, and the results look great. The team did forget to cap the old drain holes (probably because it started raining), but Serge came to do a final inspection and walk around, and it was fixed right away. The Pre and Post sales support were great. Honest, high quality company.
