Moving from Scarborough to Edmonton
We moved from Scarborough to Edmonton, we interview a lot of companies and we liked Steve, he is really a good sales person, we hired the full service, packaging & even moving my car. Because we didn't have a permanent home in Edmonton, we ask to store half of our belongings and the other half went to a one bedroom apt. DO NOT GET MISLEADED ABLE DON'T HAVE EMPLOYEES EVERYBODY THEY SENT YOU ARE SUBCONTRACTORS. The packing people was fine, but he moving was very unprofessional, they were late, they use my own covers to protect the furniture, when we arrive to Edmonton (late again like for a few days), they were so disorganized, they put everything in the storage so bad, it was a nightmare to re-accommodate and I believe it was on purpose because they lost a desk, a trolley, 2 wardrobes full of clothes, and God only knows what more, because like I said half of our belongings are still in a storage and he haven't being able to open all boxes yet (We are moving to a house in December finally). We were back and forward about this issue, at the end we settle for $1000 (a very low park of the value of our things, please note we bought INSURANCE), first we got a check that bounce, until today October 2010 we have only received $500 they claim that the hauler a Sean guy is broke, and they still use his services. We hired them in October 2009. We are in the process of taking this to the small court, and they are just ignoring us. DON'T USE THEM, MAKE YOUR RESEARCH. AGAIN DON'T USE THEM... VERY GOOD SALES SPEECH, VERY BAD SERVICE.
