Whatever you're quoted, expect $200 more. Called the manager and was basically yelled at and told this is what I agreed to. Movers just dropped boxes on my new floor. There was no mention of having to sign another document at my front door giving them permission to come inside when i agreed to the contract in April. Basically youre left with no choice but to sign. What a joke! A nieghbour refered me and they didn't get treated like I did.
