Our 22 yr old built-in fridge stopped defrosting and ceased to work. If it couldn't be fixed, we were faced with the expensive option of buying a new one, in conjunction with cabinet modifications in order to accommodate the new fridge dimensions. Peter took the time and was very diligent in sourcing original manufacturer parts from USA. The fridge/ freezer is now working again.
In today's market place, it's refreshing to find a company that takes a sincere interest in their customer's needs. It's also a pleasure to find a knowledgeable, skilful and polite technician that takes the time to do the job right. Pride and care in their work! This is my second time reaching out to Peter for help on an appliance. A few years ago he helped me fix an issue with my stove, and I reached out again regarding a washer issue. I did have another company service my washer first as they were available the same week but they could not diagnose or fix the issue. So I called Peter again for his opinion and he was helpful with letting me know what the issue was and that it was not worth it for me to repair or to have him come down for a service call as the repair would be almost the same as buying new. I really appreciated his honesty. Can't say enough good things! Would highly recommend.
