Maintenance service continued with no questions asked even after house has gone through several owners. Boots is pro-active about regular service without sounding pushy. He provides a rare blend of professional, but personal service. An added bonus is that he is surprisingly accessible via cell phone for general sprinkler system issues -- even on weekends sometimes. Our experience has been that he is honest, prompt, and only charges for service if it is a genunine problem.
