Water Filtration & Purification review in

Got an invoice which required me to pay $800 up front for the cost of the new water heater - which he then went and bought for less than $400 at a depo.... threatened me ...and wouldnt return my house key...and left the old water heater hidden behind my house under the porch (disposal of the old heater was part of the agreed services I was paying for!) a total rip off and a nut case! he was texting me and threatening to come over to my house at night..and I am a single female living alone!!!! had to get the police involved and he still hasnt removed the old water heater. I got ripped off and mentall abused and never had the work completed...never get work done by this guy! beware!
